Eat and drink independently
Safe drinking and eating is possible with the drinking attachment with large opening (ø 13 mm) even with limited mobility in the neck. This makes it a useful helper in private and professional care.

Tableware for every diseases
The cup attachment ensures a tight seal at the rim of the cup, so that thickened liquids and foods such as porridge or soup do not spill over - even if the holding hand momentarily loses strength or trembling fingers bring the beak cup to the mouth. Even if the beaker is clumsily put on or drunk, nothing is guaranteed to go wrong. The length of the beak also means that the head hardly has to be bent backwards when eating, which is a great advantage when eating in bed or in a nursing chair. The drinking aid with a large opening and long spout enables patients to be independent and enjoy eating and creates freedom for professional or private carers. This makes the drinking spout a useful aid in private and professional care; for illnesses such as stroke, Alzheimer's, dementia, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's and for people with swallowing disorders / dysphagia.

Matching combinations
The drinking attachment is suitable for the following ORNAMIN cups: cup with anti-slip scale (model 820), cup with anti-slip flower (model 820), cup with drinking trick (model 905 and model 207), thermo cup (model 206), 2-handle cup with drinking trick (model 815), 2-handle cup (model 816), nursing cup (model 805).
It is also available with a small opening (drinking attachment model 806) for the consumption of drinks.
An inconspicuous alternative to the classic drinking attachment is the drinking lid model 814, which visually disappears in the cup and is thus hardly recognisable as a drinking aid from the outside. This makes the user feel more comfortable. The Model 814 drinking lid is also a real alternative from an ergonomic point of view, as it minimises the risk of swallowing.
