Helpers hidden in the design
When the second hand is missing, eating quickly becomes a real challenge. That's why the innovative bowl hides special functions behind its attractive exterior: A sloping inner base, which is bevelled towards the edge, ensures that the food reaches the fork or spoon more easily. It is very suitable for starters and desserts as well as small portions. The plate is also ideal as a learning-to-eat aid for children.

Tableware for every diseases
An anti-slip ring is inconspicuously hidden under the base of the dish. Together with an inconspicuous overhang, it ensures that the bowl does not slip when eating. All in all, the plastic bowl combines three products in one: plate/bowl, plate edge raiser and anti-slip table set. This makes it possible for people with physical disabilities to eat independently without the bowl being visually different from the rest of the service. This bowl with auxiliary function is a practical everyday aid for senior citizens, in nursing care, and in cases of illnesses such as stroke, Alzheimer's, dementia, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease.

The ORNAMIN plates and bowls are available in the right size for every occasion: plate with tilt trick, model 901 (Ø 26 cm), plate with tilt trick, model 902 (Ø 20 cm), bowl with tilt trick, model 903 (Ø 15.5 cm).

All three versions have the same functions. The two plates are particularly suitable for main courses and soups, the bowl for starters and desserts as well as for small portions.

An excellently functional product
The bowl with tilt trick is a good example of what is known as universal design - the combination of functionality and optimal handling with an attractive design. The bowl thus contributes to a cultivated table culture in which everyone feels comfortable and enjoys eating. Not only the customers are convinced of this. This quality has also been recognised by the juries of several internationally renowned design awards.

By the way: the plates as well as the bowl with tilt trick are also available with "old" floral tableware designs to evoke positive memories. This can have a positive influence on eating behaviour, especially for people with dementia.
