What data we collect

We collect and process the following information:

We make sure that information collected by Google Analytics, Matomo Analytics, and Smartlook cannot be used to identify you, as your IP address is anonymized. We do not combine analytics data with other data sets in a way that would directly identify you.

Data gathered and processed by third-party services

You have the option to use the payment providers Stripe (https://stripe.com/gb) or PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/uk/home) to process your payments. Why we need your data

We use the information received to do the following:

The legal basis for processing personal data is our legitimate interests in conducting and managing our business to give our customers the best service and products we can. How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored. Only authorized employees from our organization can access, alter, disclose, and destroy personal data, when required. In addition, these employees only act within the scope of their authority and are trained to prevent any errors or omissions. We also carry out ongoing security monitoring exercises to ensure that our systems are updated and adopt appropriate industry data collection, storage, and processing practices. Physical security measures are in place to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure of personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored in your user account. Access to your name and address is restricted to our employees who need to know such information in connection with delivering our services to you and are bound by legal confidential obligations.

All personal data is stored in the European Economic Area (EEA). Data collected by Google Analytics may be transferred outside the EEA for processing. We only retain your personal data for as long as we require for the purposes set out in this document, or for as long as the law requires us to. We will safely erase your data if is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for or if there are other legal ground for erasure. Where subject to a retention period, we will store the data for this period, which can be up to 10 years.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month (thirty days) to respond to you.
