Helpful dementia set
The set consists of the following components (also available separately): a 22 x 17 cm chopping board, a Ø 26 cm plate with a tipping trick, a 140 ml mug with a drinking trick and a 300 ml coffee pot.

Eating and drinking independently despite dementia
Eating and drinking habits can often change in people with dementia. Creating safety and orientation is particularly important in such cases, which is why the colour red plays an important role. Clear shapes and distinct red colour contrasts help people to perceive food and drinks more easily and stimulate their appetite. ORNAMIN's functional tableware is adapted to precisely these requirements, making everyday life easier especially in geriatrics, in-patient and home care, assisted living, retirement homes, homes for the elderly and nursing homes. In this way, the independence and thus the quality of life of those affected can be maintained and promoted.

Tricks hidden in the design
What is special about this tableware series is not simply the colour red. Both the plate and the cup have tricks invisibly hidden in the design: the tipping trick and the drinking trick. The eating board with anti-slip ring on the bottom and raised edges supports patients with limited mobility or people who can only eat with one hand. These tricks make the Alzheimer's tableware a real everyday helper; both for the dementia sufferers and for the nursing staff or caring relatives. In addition, those affected are not stigmatised or excluded by obvious "special crockery".
