Special drinking aids for people with difficulties to swallow
The smart ORNAMIN special cups are ideal for people with swallowing difficulties / dysphagia, limited movement in the neck as well as limitations or numbness of upper extremities and the cervical area as they enable drinking with a normal head posture so that the head does not need to be tilted backwards. By their invisibly hidden supportive features in the design the ORNAMIN care aids support independent drinking as well as independence and facilitate everyday life in care for professional carers and nursing relatives. Also disabled people and the elderly appreciate the ORNAMIN care tableware as useful daily living aids.

Better than spouted mugs and nose cups
Spouted mugs, nose cups and dysphagia cups are essential parts in care nowadays. The ORNAMIN special mugs make mugs with spouted lids or dysphagia cups redundant. Invisible supportive features ensure that people with difficulties to swallow (dysphagia) can drink easily and independently - also while lying. Due to the material, a high-quality, light and break-resistant plastic, the ORNAMIN drinking aids can be well held even with limited hand or finger mobility (e.g. in case of gout or rheumatism), motoric limitations, numbness in the fingers, weak, clammy or shaky hands as well as in case of strong trembles (tremor).

Daily living aids for the care
The special ORNAMIN drinking aids have been developed together with people in need of care, occupational therapists and professional carers and are adjusted to the specific needs of patients, carers in care institutions, nursing homes and hospital staff. In contrast to classic care products the ORNAMIN drinking aids are intuitively usable, not stigmatising, relieve the care staff and increase the quality of life of people concerned. They are suitable as Alzheimer's tableware, dementia tableware, senior aids and tableware for the disabled without being recognised as such.
