Cutlery

Intelligent, aesthetic and functional.
The innovative cutlery series simplifies independent eating for people with physical impairments. Intuitive usability of the dishwasher safe cutlery is of great importance: They do not require an introduction or explanation, there are no predetermined holding positions, no matter if left-handed or right-handed.

At the same time, the knife, fork and spoon are not recognizable as special functional tableware. People living with a disability can participate in family meals, without feeling excluded.

More than conventional cutlery.
With hidden features in fork, knife and spoon the cutlery promotes independent eating, even in case of limited mobility in hands and fingers. Fork and spoon have an ‘S’ shape, are sensibly balanced and are more comfortable to hold and use than conventional cutlery.

There are also hidden features in the design of the knife: The round grip surface fits perfectly into the palm. When holding the knife with the blade between middle and index finger, enough pressure can be generated without using the fingers. For additional, very secure grip, an ergonomically shaped grip pad can be added. The high-quality cutlery already won two internationally renowned design awards
